That happened to me at Aroma, a restaurant in Hollywood. Apparently the guy who walked in on me was a racist who kept throwing racial slurs and blaming the whole ordeal on me not closing the stall door correctly because Chinese people don't know any better, when it was clear to anyone else that the lock was broken.
